REAL ESTATE TERMS: a.     Purchaser may elect to pay the purchase price in full at the time of sale or on credit as follows. b.     The purchaser(s) shall be required to pay the sum of twenty percent (20%) of the bid price down in cash at the time of sale. c.     The balance thereof on a credit of thirty (30) days at the rate of 12% per annum. d.     The purchaser(s) shall be required to execute a bond or bonds with  sufficient sureties thereon  which shall have force and effect of judgment in order to secure the payment of the balance of the purchase  price and said bond shall constitute a lien on said property until paid. e.     Any purchaser or  purchasers shall have the privilege of paying  all or any part of the purchase price or paying said bond or bonds before maturity by paying the balance of the principal together with all accrued interest thereon. f.     Upon default of said deposit or posting of bond, by the purchaser the Master Commissioner shall immediately resell the property upon the same terms and conditions set out herein.
